The frame came well packaged, without dents or scratches. Assembly time was stated at 15-20 minutes, but it took me about 90 minutes. Everything fit perfectly. One of the bolts had bad threads, but they supplied 2 extra ones in the package, so no problem. The frame is very sturdy thanks to the triangulating brackets on the 3 middle legs. We have a Sleep Number mattress that is mostly foam and air bags. I found that it sags a little between the horizontal slats, especially when you sit on the bed. A regular mattress would have no problem. I will fix this by laying a sheet of tempered hard board over the slats. Amazing value as this was one of the least expensive frames I looked at.Update:I added two stars on account of the great customer service and understanding from this company.I ended up getting a refund shortly after that happened, and about a week or so later, The seller ended up emailing me and sent me a replacement free of charge! Probably the kindest seller I have come across, I have yet to try and put this one together but regardless they made sure I was satisfied!---So this held up pretty good until the middle beam literally snapped while I was sleeping, I would recommend this for small mattresses, I have a queen and I don’t think it was enough support.Updated review: I was able to ‘punch’ out the smallhole in the k part of the leg and was able to finish assembly. I’m all set and the bed is good!! I also realized that the seller had reached out to me (unfortunately the email went to my spam folder), but they offered to replace the part if it was still needed. Great customer service!Original post: I wish I could give a better review but I’m simply disappointed that a stability leg (part ‘K’) wasn’t drilled properly. The two ‘K’ legs provide stability in the middle of the bed; one was drilled properly for installation, the other was not. Because the drill hole didn’t go all the way through, it prevents the leg from providing proper stability. I would return and ask for a replacement but it is already put together and prefer not to take it back apart. How can I get a replacement ‘K’ leg that is properly drilled?Some of the pieces didn’t line up exactly, making parts of the assembly challenging. Within 2 weeks the metal support leg bent, making the bed useless. However, it isn’t worth the trouble to take it apart and send it back to get a refund, so I’m just throwing it away. I bought this because it was supposed to be sturdy (able to support 800 pounds). Maybe that is only when it is laying flat on the ground?The seller reached out to me based on this review, and I was so impressed with their customer service. They were extremely flexible in coming up with a solution to my problem and continued to follow up with me until I was completely satisfied. They say good customer service is the mark of a good company. In that case- this company is EXCELLENT!I ordered this platform mainly because it was cheap, but it also looked easy to put together. While the instructions were simple and easy to follow due to the nature of assembly if you are trying to put this together on your own, good luck. You have to support the beams all the way to the end to line up the holes to put the screws in which obviously can be tricky to get in regularly let alone with half a hand because your other limbs are supporting the beams. After I put it together it was fairly sturdy but I don’t know about the weight limit.I’m a 54 yr old female and have done lots of stuff, diy projects and learned lots having done it all by myself. Well I put this queen frame together by myself too. I have my own system and it works. This company has great machinists working for them. ALL the holes were lined up. I was shocked. The hardware is great quality. Another surprise! No squeaking no metal sound whatsoever when bouncing around in the mattress. I’ll be ordering more for other bedrooms.
